Jessica Walker has spent nearly three decades in dentistry, and she now serves as a Senior Consultant and Hygiene Coach at Aligned Dental Partners. She is known for helping practices turn potential into performance.

Her career spans clinical care, administration and education, which gives her a clear view of what drives success in today’s dental practices. Jessica has partnered with a wide range of practices and coached hundreds of hygienists, leading to meaningful improvements in efficiency, systems and patient care.

Jessica takes a direct, practical approach. She quickly identifies what is working, what is not and how to close the gap. She meets teams where they are, builds trust fast and creates clear, actionable strategies that lead to lasting results.

Jessica is a past president of the Florida Dental Hygienists’ Association and a CDCA-WREB Clinical Board Examiner. She is committed to advancing the profession and supporting hygienists in building stronger, more sustainable careers.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene and a Master’s in Healthcare Management.
