Joy Santoro is the Director of Business Development at Aligned Dental, where she connects dental practices, groups, and DSOs throughout North America with consulting solutions that drive performance and clarity. She partners with dentists and practice leaders to understand their unique needs and match them with the right support.

Joy brings more than 30 years of dental industry experience, with a background that spans clinical practice, executive leadership, and business development. She began her career as a dental hygienist before moving into senior roles with leading dental product companies in implants and hygiene. As former Director of Business Development for a nationally recognized dental consulting firm, she worked with hundreds of practices to address complex operational challenges and support sustainable growth.  
She holds a BS degree in Dental Hygiene as well as an MBA in Business Management from Eastern University in Radnor, PA
