Blair Headley is the Director of Consulting at Aligned Dental Partners and provides consulting and management support to dental practices, dental groups, and dental support organizations throughout North America. She leads a high-performing team of consultants who oversee more than 900 practice locations across the U.S. and Canada, supporting clients through growth, performance improvement, and large-scale strategic initiatives. Blair has become a trusted leader in guiding complex merger projects, where she drives the project management and coordination necessary to bring multiple stakeholders together. Her work has been instrumental in securing tens of millions of dollars in capital to launch and scale new DSOs, positioning her clients for long-term success in an increasingly competitive market.

Blair brings more than a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurial dentists and organizations in achieving their goals. Prior to ADP, Blair held leadership roles at two esteemed consulting organizations, most recently serving as Director of Business Development for a dental consultancy where she assessed offices and groups for operational inefficiencies and designed tailored growth plans. Earlier in her career, she was a practice management and marketing consultant, providing advisory support to hundreds of dentists across the U.S. and Canada.
