Job Overview:

The Hygiene Trainer will work closely with ADP’s executive leadership to identify areas of organic growth within ADP’s clients’ practices.  The hygiene trainer will travel onsite to meet with client stakeholders, assess the hygiene department for inefficiencies and opportunities for increased revenue, and will develop reports and document their findings.  The Hygiene Trainer will develop a training program designed to capture the missed revenue opportunities and implement trainings with client stakeholders.  The Hygiene Trainer should also be familiar with basic practice management systems and protocols, and will advise clients on best practices and implement systems accordingly.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Act as a key liaison between ADP and its clients
  • Educate, motivate, and train dental hygienists, office staff, and client stakeholders on ways to increase revenue
  • Develop training materials and systems to be used by clients
  • Facilitate training presentations to clients
  • Effectively grow dental hygiene and overall dental practice revenue
  • Identify business development opportunities with prospective clients

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience practicing clinically as a Registered Dental Hygienist (required)
  • 5+ years of experience as a dental consultant or dental hygiene trainer (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of dental hygiene and periodontal treatment programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead clinical and non-clinical teams to implement systems and effect change
  • Ability to travel throughout North America up to 4x per month
