Christina Ewing is a Senior Consultant at Aligned Dental Partners. In this role she provides customized dental consulting, systems implementation, and training geared towards growing dental practices, dental groups, and dental support organizations. Christina works diligently with dentists and specialists and their management teams throughout North America with a focus on implementing customized growth plans, providing systems and team training, and applying industry best-practices to Aligned Dental Partner’s clients. Christina is particularly skilled with helping dentists, specialists, and key management team members achieve their highest potential through leadership development and coaching.

Christina brings over a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurial dentists at all stages of their careers. Prior to joining Aligned Dental Partners in 2020, Christina held roles at two esteemed consulting organizations. Most recently, Christina was the Director of Consulting for a dental consulting firm where she focused on program development, team training, and practice growth. Christina is well versed in identifying capacity blockages, areas of untapped opportunity in dental offices, and capturing organic revenue growth. Her expertise is in creating thoughtful, actionable plans for her clients that are manageable and to provide valuable systems training, efficiency awareness, and increased profitability for clients. Prior to this role, Christina was a dental practice management and marketing consultant and offered consulting support to hundreds of dentists throughout the US and Canada.

Christina holds a master’s degree in Secondary Education from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a B.A. from Elmhurst College.
