Christina Tyler is a Consultant at Aligned Dental Partners. In this role, she provides consulting, management support, system implementation, and team training to dentists and specialists and their management teams across North America. Christina’s focus is on implementing customized growth plans, providing team training, and utilizing industry best-practices to her Aligned Dental Partners’ clients. Christina brings nearly a decade of knowledge working with startup companies and dental support organizations of all different sizes.

Prior to joining Aligned Dental Partners, she worked with some of the largest DSOs and OSOs in the country where she gained the necessary skills to successfully analyze her businesses and work closely with their dentists and administration to implement strategies and maximize their EBITDA. In these roles, she specialized in new acquisitions and training teams on geared towards systems, profitability, culture, and leadership.

In her most recent position, Christina served as a Director and had management responsibility for $20M+ revenues. She specialized in identifying untapped potential and supporting the management team to accomplish their goals.
